About Pritchard Chimney LLC
A local chimney company built on careful work and honest advice.
Who we are
Pritchard Chimney LLC is based at 307 2nd St in Los Altos, California. We help homeowners keep their chimneys clean, sound and safe to use, whether the fireplace is used every week or only a few times a winter.
Our approach is simple. We inspect first, explain what we see, and recommend only the work your chimney actually needs. If nothing needs repair, we say so.
From a routine sweep to a new chimney cap or a masonry repair, we treat your home the way we would want ours treated.
Quality service you can expect
Thorough inspections
We look at the flue, firebox, crown, masonry and flashing so small problems are caught before they grow.
Safety first
Creosote build-up, blockages and damaged flues are fire and carbon monoxide risks. We treat them seriously.
Respect for your home
We protect floors and furnishings, work cleanly, and tidy up before we leave.
Customer satisfaction comes first
We want you to be comfortable with the work and the price before we begin. That means clear explanations, written recommendations when repairs are needed, and no pressure to book extra work.
- Honest recommendations, with no unnecessary upselling
- Clear communication from first call to finished job
- Work that is checked before we leave your property
- Questions welcome at any stage
